3. Preparation and painting
Preparation is most of the job: washing, sanding, filling, crack repair, priming and masking before the first topcoat. We protect common areas, residents’ property and gardens, and tidy the site daily.
4. Walkthrough and sign-off
We walk the job with the manager or committee representative, complete any touch-ups listed, and issue your written warranty.
