Project Overview
The apartment block in North Parramatta had suffered severe weather damage, wear and tear, and had a lot of peeling paint. It was in need of a full refurbishment.
To prepare the area for painting, a thorough jet blast clean of the area was required. Once the site was fully prepped, the Grand Painting team got to work on painting the entire apartment block and entrance. This project required a skilled team of professionals with licenses to use scissor and boom lifts to access high areas of the apartments.
High quality weatherproof paint was required to ensure longevity of the paint and to give the best possible performance.

The Challenges
The team at Grand Painting had to thoroughly clean all exterior surfaces with high pressure jet blasting to ensure the area was properly prepped and all mould and excess material was removed before painting commenced.
The North Parramatta Apartments project had a strict deadline and involved working with, and around, other trades. Grand Painting was able to achieve a top quality result in the allocated time.

The end result was a beautiful apartment block that not only changed the look of the apartments but also increased the sale value of the entire block.
