Project Overview
This Mosman Home needed a full refurbishment because the interior and exterior of the home was in a severe state of disrepair.

The Challenges
The cleaning and preparation before painting was imperative to ensure the best end result. The team at Grand Painting had to thoroughly clean all exterior surfaces with high pressure jet blasting to ensure the area was properly prepped and all mould and excess material was removed before painting commenced.
The Mosman Home project had a strict deadline and involved working with, and around, other trades. Grand Painting was able to achieve a top quality result in the allocated time.
